Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GPTSheet (the "Service"), provided by Hensu LLC ("Hensu", "we", "us"), a United States limited liability company. See About Hensu LLC for company details. By installing or using the add-on, you agree to them.

1. License grant

GPTSheet is sold as a subscription. When you subscribe, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use GPTSheet for as long as your subscription remains active. Each license key may be used on one (1) Google account only: the first account that activates it. A single purchase may include multiple licenses; each license key is bound separately, and the price is the per-license price multiplied by the number of licenses.

Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually as selected at checkout, and renew automatically for successive periods of the same length until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal at gptsheet.com/account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period, and your license remains active until that date. If a renewal payment fails, access to the Service may be suspended until payment succeeds. When a subscription ends, the add-on's formulas and sidebar features stop functioning; values already written to your spreadsheets are not affected.

All updates released while your subscription is active are included at no extra charge. Major future features may, at our discretion, be offered as separate paid add-ons rather than as part of an existing plan. We may change subscription prices from time to time; any change will apply no earlier than your next renewal, and we will notify you by email before that renewal so that you may cancel if you do not accept the new price.

Lifetime licenses purchased before September 2026 remain perpetual and continue to be governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase, including any add-ons purchased with them.

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the add-on. You may use it for personal or commercial work inside your own organization without additional fees.

2. Bring your own keys

GPTSheet does not include LLM credits. You provide your own API keys for OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or any other supported provider. You are solely responsible for the bills your usage generates with those providers, and for following their respective terms.

2a. Integrations and operations

Integrations are an optional feature, available on every subscription plan, that connects third-party apps through our partner Composio. Usage is measured in operations: one operation is one successful action in a connected app, with unlimited rows and data per operation; failed operations are not counted. Each subscription plan includes a monthly number of operations (Starter 50, Premium 1,000, Professional 10,000, Business 50,000) that resets each calendar month and does not roll over. Extra operations are one-time, non-refundable purchases; they do not expire while your license is active and have no cash value. Lifetime licenses bought before September 2026 include no monthly operations and use extra operations only. Integrations depend on third-party services and the apps you connect, so specific apps or actions may change or become unavailable, and we may set fair-use limits. You are responsible for what you ask the agent to do in the apps you connect.

3. Refund policy

All sales are final. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals only; we do not provide pro-rata refunds or credits for the unused portion of a billing period. If you experience a bug, activation problem, or any other issue with the product, contact support@gptsheet.com and we will work with you to resolve it. Refunds may be granted on a discretionary, case-by-case basis where a defect prevents the product from functioning, but no general money-back guarantee is offered.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use GPTSheet to violate any law or third party's rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the license verification system or bypass the license gate.
• Share your license key with others. One license = one Google account.
• Generate content that violates the LLM provider's own usage policies.

5. No warranty on LLM output

LLM models are imperfect. Output may be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for the use case you apply it to. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before relying on it, especially for decisions that involve money, health, safety, or legal matters.

6. Service availability

The license-verification endpoint is provided "as is". We aim for high uptime but don't promise it. If the endpoint is down, your already-activated license continues to work (it caches locally); only new activations would be affected. We are not liable for downtime of LLM providers' APIs.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of GPTSheet is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GPTSheet harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these terms.

9. Termination

We may revoke a license that breaches these terms. No refund is owed for terminations due to breach.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via the marketing site and on this page. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
