Manage your subscription

Update your card, download invoices, or cancel. Enter your license key and email and we'll send you to the Stripe billing portal.

It's in your activation email, and in the sidebar under Menu → License.
The email you purchased with, or the Google account the key is activated on. If you bought several licenses in one order, use the purchaser's email.

Cancelling stops future renewals. GPTSheet keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for; after that, formulas and the sidebar stop running, but values already computed in your cells stay.

Bought a lifetime license before September 2026? Nothing changes — it stays valid forever, and there is no subscription to manage.
